For businesses with ongoing design needs throughout the year, my retainer packages offer a perfect solution, especially for those requiring monthly marketing materials.

The Designer Retainer serves as an agreement between your business and mines, facilitating the seamless request of new designs. Unlike a traditional monthly fee, the retainer fee is paid upfront, serving the purpose of retaining my services before any work is initiated.

By opting for a retainer, you gain the assurance that your requests will be prioritized. The upfront payment ensures that a dedicated block of time is already reserved for your business each month. This arrangement provides peace of mind, guaranteeing a pre-established amount of work without concerns about the queue of other client projects. It streamlines the design process, allowing for a more efficient and prioritized creative collaboration.

My service plan operates on a monthly recurring basis following a two-month commitment. You have the flexibility to cancel your service plan at any time, giving you control over your subscription.

Please note: Services do not include logo designing, branding suites, and new/revamp website designing. Also, the package includes proof and two minor revisions, ensuring that the final result perfectly aligns with your vision.

Turnaround Time: Enjoy a quick turnaround time of up to 2-4 business days for the completion of your projects, allowing you to receive designs promptly. Your retainer begins with a 3 day strategic planning phase to review your submission, analyze your brand, and develop a cohesive design approach. This ensures that every visual aligns with your goals and maintains consistency.

Rollover Hours: Design retainer plans ensures you receive high-quality graphics tailored to your needs each month. Please note the following details about how the system works:

  • Rollover for Unused Design Hours (not available of Standard Plan) - Unused design hours from your monthly allotment will roll over to the next month. No refund for unused hours will be given. For the Standard Plan, all graphic credits must be used by the end of each billing cycle.

  • Excess Graphics Billing - Should your design needs exceed your monthly allotment, additional graphics or hours will be billed at the agreed retainer rate.

Brand Sharing: If you have multiple brands/businesses/events, this feature allows you utilize your design service hours for any of your brands. Otherwise, each brand must book a separate retainer service. This feature is only allowed to be shared with your brands only.

Each project must be requested individually. This structure ensures a consistent workflow and helps maintain timely delivery of your projects. If you need assistance planning your monthly design needs, I’m here to help!

Subscription Terms & Conditions: Your subscription initiates upon the successful payment and spans a duration of 30 days. The subscription plan seamlessly transitions into a monthly auto-renewal model. From that point onward, the plan is automatically renewed for a 30-day duration each month. This auto-renewal feature remains in effect until canceled. The pre-paid retainer is utilized as services are rendered, with time being deducted for each task completed. A detailed itemization is provided after the conclusion of each task, transparently illustrating the allocation and utilization of the retainer for the services performed.
