Your event website will be designed completely based on your event's needs. Your site may require reservations or ticket purchases or additional pages for more information to offer your attendees. Either way, I can customize your site to lighten your event planning load. Most may only require a one page/landing page site and others may need more pages for things such as merch sales or upcoming events.
 

When designing your event website, I would need the following information to get started: 

  • Event Logo and any other logos, such as sponsors, vendors, etc.

  • Event Colors/Theme

  • Date, Time & Place

  • Event Details - This is a brief description about your event

  • Entry Info - Ticket fees and/or registration

  • Any Photos you'd like to be included

  • Social Media Links - Please send actual links, not just username 

  • Contact -  Phone, email and any other way you’d like your attendees to reach out to you for questions or concerns

  • More Info -  Include any other information that you would like to add to your site that is not listed.

  • Site Examples -  If there's another site you've viewed and would like your site to be designed similar to or use similar information, please include the link(s).


Please send all required information for your site along with your 50% deposit payment when you’re ready to get started. Expected turnaround time for site review is 2 weeks for the day I receive all of your information. If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

EVENT WEBSITE DESIGN FEES:

  • One Page/Landing - starting a $300

  • Add a Page - $100

  • Fix My WIX Future Maintenance - $50hr

A Couple of Things You Should Know

• Turnaround Time. Web designs typically take 2 to 3 weeks to complete. A list of requested information will be sent to you once you are ready to get started. Production will not begin until ALL requested information it received.

• Site Maintenance. Once your site is totally completed and launched, you will be responsible for you site changes and update. However, Fix My WIX is available if you'd like me to maintenance your site for you. All site maintenance, no matter how big or small, start at $50 per hour. Hours are determined by your requested changed.

• DIY Tip. Crystal Pixals does NOT offer site design courses nor instructions. Instead, I have listed a few links on how to make small edits to your site on your own if you do not wish to hire me to do them for you. If you don't see a "How To" link here for what you're trying to change on your site, please let me know and I'll add it to the list.
